In another blow to Maoists, 2 more top leaders surrender
Two prominent CPI (Maoist) leaders, central committee member Pulluri Prasad Rao alias Chandranna and Telangana state committee member Bandi Prakash alias Prabhath, have joined the mainstream. Citing deteriorating health, ideological divisions, and security pressure, they surrendered without arms, receiving rehabilitation packages. Chandranna, however, rejected the term 'surrender' and vowed to continue advocating for Maoist ideology among the people.
