Airlines must now offer a 48-hour 'look-in option' for ticket cancellations or amendments without extra charges, provided the departure is at least 7 or 15 days away for domestic or international flights, respectively. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, and name corrections within 24 hours of booking on airline websites are free of charge.
